The Orangeville, ON POP number in Canada is going off-line today. If you were using this number, please consult the list of alternative access numbers to find a replacement. Everyone should have an alternative access number available, no one should lose coverage.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on core servers/systems tonight between 12am - 2am MDT. This maintenance will cause interruptions in Internet access and may cause other systems and services to be unavailable during these hours.

Level3 issues
|

There appears to be an issue with the Level3 network right now in the midwest from Texas to Arkansas, on up to Kansas, Indiana, and Ohio. We have already contacted the vendor and have a ticket open with them, but they do not have any further details on the issue yet.

Phishing Emails
|
There are many Phishing emails going around currently. Please have end users with Google report them if they are complaining about them. As per Google''s help instructions:

Also for US customers, they can report them to the government at:

No escalation is needed.
